Refund policy

Not getting what you signed up for? Income generated does not meet your expectations? No worries. LNS is not one of those companies where there is no exit without loss. If a customer wishes not to be a part of LNS any more, LNS though with a heavy heart bids them farewell with below-mentioned great refund policy.  
 

Cool-off Refund Policy or Deactivation of Account.

  1. a.LNS allows their customers to enjoy a five-day cool-off period from the date of their registration through Life Bank (Cash Statement).
  2. b.During these five day cool-off period customers may get their Account cancelled through their Introducer and get 100% amount back from the person who signed them in LNS. (Customers signed in through Credit Card can’t cancel their Account).
  3. c.LNS system after verification of your qualification for cancellation, will instantly cancel your Account and transfer 100% sign-up amount value e-Money in Life Bank of the Introducer. This e-Money can be used for entering a new customer or can also be transferred to your leader or another active LNS customer to signup new customers.
  4. d.Promotion: Customers who sign up in the wake of an ongoing or about to be launched promotion will not qualify for the Cool-off Refund. That is to say, a customer who signs up five days prior to the launch of a promotion will not be entitled to get a Cool-off Refund. Similarly, customers who get signed up in between an ongoing promotion will not be eligible for a Cool-off Refund so as to avoid mock or spam sign ups that existing customers initiate to reap the rewards of a particular promotion.
  5. e.Please note that 5-day Cool-off period gets over as soon as any transaction is performed in your Account i.e. transferring funds to or from your account, purchasing a product, E-Money or introducing a new customer to LNS.
  6. f.If the individuals who are eligible for the Cool-off Refund Policy cancel Life Account, a service fee of US$ 20 will be deducted from the total amount paid. The introducer is responsible for this service fee and no service fee should be charged to the customer.
  7. g.If the customer's account (LA) has been flushed out and the customer requests the company to deactivate or delete any registration from the system (whether intentionally, unintentionally, or abusively) within the 5-day Cool-off Refund period, then per company rules and conditions, Flushed out account (LA) Points or Commissions will never be refunded. These rules and conditions are for the prevention of abuse.
